Domestika Charged $140 Without Notice – Requesting Refund for Unauthorized Renewal
On the night of September 6, 2025, I noticed that $140 USD had been charged to my Enpara virtual credit card for a Domestika Plus subscription. Since I was in the middle of moving, I only noticed the transaction one business day later. My account is registered under the email b********@gmail.com**, and I had originally subscribed through Domestika’s official website.
Previously, I had made a payment for a trial period, and this was my first time using the membership. However, I did not receive any email or SMS notification about an upcoming renewal. Additionally, there is no clear option on Domestika’s website to request a refund or cancel the membership directly. My transaction number is C49472337T32204624.
I am requesting the cancellation of my Domestika Plus membership and a full refund of the $140 USD that was charged without prior notice. I have already contacted Domestika customer support, but they responded that the charge was valid even though I was never informed about the renewal. I canceled my membership immediately after noticing the payment. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I expect my refund to be processed promptly.
