Charged for Domestika Plus Without Notice – Requesting Refund

Last night, I noticed that $140 USD had been charged to my virtual card for my Domestika Plus subscription. Because I was in the middle of moving, I didn’t see this transaction in time. I don’t actively use the app or service, and I never received any notification about the renewal or any information about cancellation or refund options. Furthermore, there is no accessible channel on your website to request a refund or cancel the membership.
My transaction number is C49472337T32204624. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I have never experienced an unauthorized charge from Domestika before. I am requesting the cancellation of my membership and a full refund of the $140 USD that was charged without my approval.
