Domencr Never Delivered My Sweatsuits or Issued My Refund

I placed an order on the Domencr website on 23 February for 3 sets of sweatsuits, which should have totaled 10 sweatsuits at $24.33 each. I paid approximately $73 using my Chime debit card. Despite this, I never received my items, and in total I have been left missing 30 sweatsuits and my money. When my original order did not arrive, I contacted Domencr on 23 March. They told me they could either resend the items or give me a refund. I chose to have the items sent because I wanted matching sweatsuits for myself and my two daughters to wear in the spring. Another month passed and the replacement order also never arrived. After that, I requested a refund from Domencr and also opened a dispute with Chime regarding the payment, but Chime denied my dispute. Domencr then told me they would send my refund, yet to this day I still have not received any refund or the products. I request that Domencr immediately refunds the full amount I paid, as I never received the sweatsuits at all despite waiting months and repeatedly contacting them. I also request a clear explanation of why my order never arrived and why my refund has still not been processed.
