I Can’t Get My DJI RS 3 Mini Gimbal Past the Logo Screen – It Won’t Turn On Properly

I’m experiencing a major issue with my DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal—it simply won’t start properly. When I power it on, the DJI logo appears and stays frozen. The main menu never loads, and I can’t interact with any functions. It’s completely stuck.

I’ve tried everything I can think of: charging it, attempting a reset through the mobile app, and even waiting for it to respond after leaving it idle. At one point, the device seemed to power up, but the logo just remained static—it never advanced to the home screen. Resetting it directly on the device also doesn’t work.

I believe a factory reset could solve this, but there’s no clear method or support guidance. DJI, if there’s a way to hard reset or recover the gimbal, please share it. I need this issue resolved urgently—this gimbal isn’t cheap, and it’s essential for my work.
