Hello, a few months ago I purchased the most basic plan on DistroKid to release my music on Spotify and other major platforms. I uploaded my track as instructed, expecting it to be published within the promised time frame. However, months have gone by and my release is still stuck in the “processing” phase with absolutely no progress or explanation.
If there had been a technical issue or a problem with my file, I would have appreciated a notification or some transparency. But I’ve received nothing—no email, no warning, no update. It feels like my submission was forgotten or ignored.
This is extremely frustrating, especially as an artist trying to share my work and grow my presence. I paid for a service that has delivered nothing so far. I feel helpless and completely in the dark. I’m urging DistroKid to review my account immediately and resolve this situation. Please don’t continue to ignore your paying customers. I just want the release I paid for to finally go live.
