DistroKid Membership Canceled, but Refund Not Issued After a Month

I canceled my DistroKid membership over a month ago, but I have yet to receive the refund. Initially, I thought the delay might be due to processing times or bank-related issues, but even after waiting patiently, the refund has not been credited to my account.
This lack of follow-through is extremely disappointing. If my refund is not processed promptly after this complaint, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. As a paying customer, I expect DistroKid to honor their refund policy and handle cancellations efficiently. Please resolve this matter immediately and ensure the refund is issued without any further delay.
