Discover Bank Lost My Wire Transfer, No Notification Sent To Sender
It's been over a month, since my $500 wire transfer was supposed to appear in my Discover Bank checking account. Neither me or the sender got any kind of "failure notice", like Discover's clueless robots promised, the robots I spent countless calls explaining my situation to, only to be met with the same annoying attitudes. I practically lived on their customer service line that month. Every single time, the answer was the same: "We have no record of the transfer." Then came the genius suggestion – wait a month for the sender to get a notification about the failed transfer. June 20th, still no money. Still no answers. Just the same runaround from Discover's customer service black hole. it's bordering on incompetence.
