I Report DHL Delivering My Award Statue Broken And Offering No Support

Last week, my award statue was delivered to my home address via DHL Kargo. While the package looked intact from the outside, I discovered that the statue inside was broken upon opening it. My shipment tracking number is 3206007943, and I had already paid ₺700 in customs fees for this delivery.

I contacted DHL customer service about the issue, but no solution was provided. Since the sender is located abroad, I was told that DHL would contact them instead. However, this does nothing to address my own loss. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was a complete disaster. No one wanted to take responsibility, I was constantly redirected to different representatives, and it became impossible to get accurate information or proper support. The communication left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied.

This award is highly meaningful and special to me, yet DHL has shown no effort to compensate for the damage or provide any remedy. I demand that DHL resolve my issue, take responsibility, and provide the necessary steps to compensate me for my broken award statue.
