DHL Delivered My Trophy Statue Broken and Refused to Compensate Me

A trophy statue I sent via DHL Cargo was delivered to my home address last week, and although the outside of the package looked intact, when I opened it, I found the statue broken. My shipment tracking number is 3206007943, and I paid ₺700 in customs duties for this shipment. I contacted DHL customer service about the issue, but no solution was offered; instead, they said they would contact the sender abroad. However, they clearly stated they could not remedy my situation, and my communication with customer service was a complete fiasco. They never want to help, constantly refer me to different people, no one takes responsibility, and it becomes impossible to get accurate information or proper service, leaving me extremely frustrated. Although this award is very meaningful and special to me, they made no effort at all to compensate me. I demand that my grievance regarding my broken award be addressed and that the necessary actions be taken.
