DHL Charged Me but Failed to Deliver My Package Due to QR Code Issues
Entering the recipient's address on the website is a complete hassle. I understand the operational challenges, but after going through so much effort and paying ₺3500, I chose delivery via QR code. The system provided an address that supposedly accepts QR deliveries, but when you get there, they say, "We don't accept QR deliveries." I asked where I could take it, and they called the Call Center. DHL’s Call Center told me not all locations accept QR codes, even though the Service Points claim they do. It’s treated as if it’s our problem. They said I needed a barcode printout, but there was no barcode provided. Even after they sent it, I couldn’t print it anywhere nearby. When I asked what to do, they said to go to their Şerifali branch. You pay €100 to send a two-page envelope, and this is the service you get. Many of my colleagues frequently used DHL, but I won’t be using them again.
