Sürat Kargo Refused Delivery Saying Out Of Area
On November 1, 2025, I was expecting the delivery of my shipment with tracking number 13724961601159. However, the Sürat Kargo Alanya DDM branch refused to deliver it to my address, stating that I must pick it up from the branch. When I contacted customer service, they claimed my address was outside the delivery area. Yet, I have previously received multiple shipments to the same address without any problems. I paid ₺800 for this delivery, and I request that my package be delivered to the nearest Sürat Kargo branch to my address. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved, as I am very dissatisfied and will not use Sürat Kargo again.
