My Refund Request With Proof Got Denied By Dhgate
This like my third shopping on Dhgate, the first two was test-fire and now I see what the fuss is about, it's total SCAM!!! they never approve a refund I mean wth? thank God the last was a cheap item, they're keeping me wait for like a month now, the order was placed on June 19, I should have done my research before. Their dispute process is terrible and not user friendly, apparently, I mean from what I gather, they'll be on the sellers side whatever the case will be. My order was a pair of canvas shoes, I can live without them but I read people ordering a bunch or dresses and their requests are getting denied. what is this?
