Detectico Subscription Charged $49.90 Without Clear Consent

I am writing regarding an unexpected charge of $49.90 that was deducted from my VISA card issued by BIDV Bank in Vietnam at 23:51 on May 14, 2026, through onlinecontrol.app with transaction code 998356. The only time I used your service was when my phone was stolen, and on that occasion I made a single payment of $0.89 using the same card, via the website detectico.io. I used my friend’s email address, quan.nt.ai***@gmail.com because my phone had been lost. I was not clearly informed that a recurring subscription would be created, and I did not give explicit consent for an automatic renewal of $49.90. I only intended to make a one‑time transaction. When I saw the $49.90 charge, I immediately canceled the subscription renewal to prevent further deductions. I consider this charge unauthorized and misleading, as I did not knowingly agree to such a subscription. I kindly request a full refund of the $49.90 that was charged on May 14, 2026, and confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled so that no further charges will be made to my card. Please also send me a confirmation email to acknowledge the refund and cancellation once this issue has been resolved. I hope this matter can be reviewed and resolved urgently.
