Cancel Tracelo Subscription To Avoid Charges
I purchased a Tracelo subscription through a website on 16 April 2026 in order to help my friend locate a lost cellphone. I used it only for that purpose and then requested cancellation through the Tracelo website two days ago, because I no longer needed the service. Despite this, I was charged again today, 17 April 2026, in the amount of 49 USD, and the payment was taken from my card ending in 0643. I am very uncomfortable that money is still being taken even though I have already requested cancellation and I cannot find a clear way to cancel the subscription or contact support. I do not wish to continue using this service and I am not requesting a refund for past payments; I only want my subscription to be fully canceled as soon as possible and for no further charges to be taken from my card ending in 0643. I kindly request that you locate my account and subscription based on the card details and charge information I have provided, confirm that the subscription has been completely canceled, and ensure that no additional payments will be processed in the future.
