Today, I saw a $49.90 charge from a website I don't recognize. I've never used this website before, and I haven't renewed any accounts recently. Out of nowhere, this site took $49.90 from my account, which feels like theft. The only time I might have interacted with this site was once when my phone was stolen, but that was a one-time thing. I demand a full refund of the $49.90 charge and immediate unsubscription from this website. I don't want any future charges. Please investigate this matter urgently and credit my account with the full amount. I'd appreciate a confirmation email once this is resolved.
Today, I subscribed to the Detectico app to locate a friend's location. I paid for the trial, but $49 was deducted from my card even before the trial period ended. I have lodged a formal complaint with their support team, but no refund has been issued.
