I came from Belgium to have full dental prostheses (upper and lower) at Tantalya Dental Clinic in Antalya. At first, everything seemed fine, but very soon after returning home, I started having serious issues: The prostheses do not fit properly and cause constant discomfort, I had to seek urgent dental help in Belgium due to pain and functional problems, Parts are already damaged or moving, I am now paying extra costs to fix the result. The clinic replied saying they would contact me. They never did. I have now sent them a detailed email with all my documents, photos, invoices, and a formal request for correction or refund — but I have not received any answer. This situation is unacceptable. If I do not receive a proper solution, I will take further legal action and warn other patients about this experience.
