I am dissatisfied with Dental Clinic Bahçeşehir and its owner, who claimed that the teeth they provided had a 20-year guarantee. However, my teeth, along with those of 10 other people I referred, have broken, and our gums are severely damaged.
Now, the clinic’s owner has opened a new location in Istanbul, and when we reached out for help, they refused to fix the poor-quality dental work unless we paid again—even though they initially took payment through Clinimed. Clinimed closed its Bahçeşehir branch after taking money from countless patients and leaving them with defective dental work.
This is a clear case of negligence, and along with the 10 other victims I referred, we will file a legal complaint against both Clinimed and Dental Clinic Istanbul. Dental procedures should not be a cash grab at the expense of patients' health!
