Dell G16 7630 Laptop SSD and Warranty Issues Left Me Stranded
I purchased a Dell G16 7630 laptop, but it became unusable right out of the box. The laptop arrived with FreeDOS, so I attempted to install Windows, but the SSD was not detected. When I checked the BIOS, it showed no SSD present. To make matters worse, the device arrived with a scratch on the corner, which was not my doing.
I contacted Dell's technical support for assistance, but they were unhelpful. They refused to resolve the SSD issue or provide warranty support, claiming the scratch voided any service. This is completely unacceptable. I chose Dell for its reputation, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed.
I plan to take this issue to Consumer Rights and pursue every possible avenue for resolution. Dell needs to stand by its products and provide proper support to its customers.
