I recently bought a product advertised as an awning with an umbrella, but when it arrived, I only received the awning. When I asked for the umbrella, they told me that they only sold it as an awning and couldn't help me any further. I have records of all these discrepancies and now I'm stuck with an awning without an umbrella. How can I use it? This is really frustrating because they are not being honest about what they are selling or advertising. It's like they're trying to hide something from their customers. It's really unfair to be taken advantage of like this and not get what you paid for. It's also disheartening to know that there are companies out there that don't care about customer satisfaction or even honesty in their business practices.
