Return Policy at Decathlon Is Challenging

If you happen to purchase a faulty or defective product from Decathlon, unfortunately, returning it is not an option, resulting in a loss of your hard-earned money. It's interesting how some stores claim that a receipt isn't necessary when making a purchase at the cash register - apparently, your e-mail address is sufficient. However, when it comes to making a return, it seems that the product you bought mysteriously doesn't show up in your e-mail address. Whenever you present the credit card slip, they insist that this product was not bought from their establishment. They advise you to pursue your rights through the consumer arbitration committee and send you on your way. This is the process they use to get rid of faulty and substandard products.
