Decathlon Refused to Refund My Purchase Despite Having a Digital Receipt
I wanted to return the products I bought from Decathlon to the Forum store today, 18/03/2025. The store manager said that it was definitely not refunded to my card because I did not have a receipt, they said that they can only give a gift certificate. However, I showed them my receipt number from the email and the app, yet they still refused to process the refund. How can you not get a refund if the return period I did not use has not passed, why are you victimizing people? My receipt number appears in the e-mail and in the application. I give my bank slip number? Is this how customer satisfaction is achieved? It does not suit a company like Decathlon.
