Decathlon Denied Secondhand Bike Return

I purchased a bike from your Maltepe Ritim Istanbul store about 4.5 years ago. Recently, we wanted to return it as part of the secondhand campaign and receive a gift voucher. However, my husband doesn't use his membership frequently, so it got canceled. We couldn't find the receipt either because it's been 4.5 years. We obtained the credit card slip details from the bank and provided them to Decathlon. Unfortunately, we didn't receive proper assistance. They said they couldn't check transactions older than 2 years and closed the case. Despite proving our purchase with the bank's information, we couldn't benefit from the campaign related to the product we bought. Despite reaching out for help multiple times, we didn't receive serious attention. Sadly, for this injustice, I will reach out to social media, Decathlon International, and anywhere else possible. We request your support in resolving this issue. P.S.: Legally, Decathlon should keep documents for 10 years, as per our lawyer's information. Hopefully, we won't have to resort to legal action :(

The email you sent has nothing to do with the subject. I really find it hard to understand your lack of seriousness. The issue is not about examining the product under warranty. I wrote it in detail. How else can I explain it? You haven't even examined it. You have written a response without any thought. Is your customer service organization really this weak? It's a shame. Firstly, we would like to express our regret for the negative experience you have had. *Legally, products to be examined under warranty require an invoice that is registered with the state and stamped by the Ministry of Finance, containing a serial number. Since transactions cannot be processed without an invoice, it is mandatory to have the invoice during the process for the product to be examined under warranty.
