Decathlon Store Sells Fake Waterproof Products
I purchased a waterproof product worth 7,500 TL from Decathlon store in Ankara Anatolium. However, the product was not waterproof and when I went to the store to complain, they threatened me with their lawyers and said I could not do anything. I was so upset that I had to call the police on April 7th, 2023. This is unacceptable and I want to file a complaint against them. This is the rudest attitude I have ever encountered with, if you're selling something other than what you describe, you at least own it and be polite yet these guys try to scare me away, instead of making things right.
