Decathlon has been slow to issue my refund

It has been two months since I sent the online order I got from Decathlon back, and customer service still hasn't refunded me. I have sent them a return form, but even after multiple attempts to get my money back, nothing has happened. This is unacceptable and if Decathlon doesn't take action soon, I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer arbitration committee. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and would like to receive my refund as quickly as possible. It's not fair for me to be stuck in limbo while trying to get a reimbursement that is rightfully mine. This issue needs to be addressed immediately or else there will be serious legal repercussions. It's completely unfair that something like this can happen in 2020 when there are so many consumer protection laws in place. Companies should respect their customers and give them what they are owed - especially when they have already made an effort to return an item and simply want their money back. Decathlon needs to understand that customers should not be treated like this and that it is their responsibility to ensure that refunds are issued promptly. It's about time for them to act accordingly so that others don't end up in the same situation I am in now - waiting fruitlessly for their return on an item they have already mailed back months ago!
