On April 13, 2024, I purchased a pair of gloves from Decathlon’s Ankamall store. At the time, a customer representative assured me that the stitching would be covered under warranty, which was a key factor in my decision to buy. However, after only 3-4 months of use, the stitches started coming apart.
When I returned to the store, expecting a repair or replacement, they informed me that stitching issues are not covered and claimed it was due to user error. I am disappointed by this inconsistency and request an exchange or refund. I chose Decathlon for its reputation as a reliable, professional store, but this experience has been deeply frustrating. Please respond promptly to resolve this matter.
