Paid for Darkorbit Premium Membership, But Didn't Receive Benefits

I bought a 2-week Premium membership and discount package for my account with ID number 169970234 on May 26, 2024, in the Darkorbit game. They took the fee out of my account, but I didn't get the VIP membership or the discount package. Even after reaching out to support, I still haven't received a response. I bought it with the intention of capitalising on the weekend promotion, but unfortunately, the weekend came and went without me reaping any of the rewards.
