Paid for Valorant VP on Gamelobi but Never Received the Code
On October 22, 2025, at 2:06 PM, I purchased a Valorant VP code worth ₺1,388.84 ($39) through Gamelobi using my bank card (Order No: 726521284). The payment went through successfully, but I have not received any code to this day.
After the purchase, I contacted customer support. At first, they asked how much VP I bought, then an hour later requested my email address. I sent them the information immediately, but it’s now been over an hour and a half with no response, and I still haven’t received my code. During this time, I only received two short, unhelpful replies, and my issue remains unresolved.
This was my first purchase from this website, and this experience has been very disappointing. I request that my issue be resolved immediately and that the Valorant VP code I paid for be delivered without further delay.
