I Face Ongoing Weekly Membership Activation Issue on Garena Free Fire Despite Payment

I’ve been trying to purchase a weekly membership on Garena Free Fire, but every time I attempt to activate it, I receive a message saying that “you already have a membership” — even though it’s clearly not active. The payment has been successfully deducted from my account, but the membership benefits are not applied in the game, and I continue to get the same error message.

This problem has been going on for quite a while now, and I’ve had enough. I paid for a service that I’m not receiving, and there’s been no resolution despite repeated attempts. My in-game Player ID is 8617655428 for reference.

Garena, I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. Either activate my paid membership or refund the amount that was charged. Players shouldn’t have to chase after support just to get what they’ve already paid for. Please fix this ongoing membership problem without further delay.
