I Cannot Access My Free Fire Account After It Was Hacked and Diamonds Lost
In December 2024, my Free Fire mobile account (ID: 2016982863) was hacked and taken over. My account was originally linked to Facebook, and at the time, I had an active weekly diamond package. Right after the hack, I was logged out of both the game app and my Facebook account, and the Free Fire app on my phone was reset. Since then, I have had no way to log back in, while I can clearly see that my account is still being actively used by someone else.
I have not been able to contact customer support yet, mainly because I don’t know the proper channel to reach them. Still, it is unacceptable that I lost access to a paid account that had an active diamond subscription. My account was built over time, and the weekly package I purchased is now being used by someone else.
I request that the Free Fire support team restore full access to my account (ID: 2016982863) under my ownership, along with any paid benefits such as the weekly diamond package. I expect immediate action so I can continue using the account I invested both money and time into.
