Daikin Combi Boiler Poor Quality And Service
As an apartment, we had a Daylux cascade system installed. Daylux arrived to activate it once the installation was complete. However, we have not had a single trouble-free day in the last two years. Because we live in Yozgat, there are no service centers nearby, and the technicians must travel from Ankara. Every time they arrive, it takes three weeks, and our problem has yet to be resolved. With the help and support of private services, we are struggling to keep our operations running. We will have the entire Daylux system removed as soon as the warranty expires. Only 1.5 months ago, they arrived and informed us that the boiler's plate had been punctured and that they would need to request a replacement from Japan. They returned three weeks later and said there was another hole in the second plate. They have been putting us off for three weeks, and we are desperate. This level of recklessness is unacceptable. We don't know where to turn, and we've tried calling them several times, but they keep putting us off. We appear to be forced to take legal action.
