Daikin Air Conditioner Demands Fee For First Installation!

They responded, saying that installation would not be done for free under any circumstances. They mentioned that since the 6-month agreement period had passed as per the contract, the dealer could demand a fee even though the air conditioner was never installed, and that nothing could be done about the situation. We had no choice but to accept it and suffered in the heat at home. Still, no one has called or checked in. I was able to get the remote control for free by calling Daikin's main office. Initially, they asked for a fee for that too. It's unclear what anyone wants from whom. It's a "get whatever you can" mentality. I will neither call nor inquire with the authorized service again. Anyone reading this should take their precautions accordingly.

Baskent Emlak Konutları - Kalyon Inşaat has made an agreement with Daikin air conditioner, and air conditioners are installed in each flat. A 2-year contract was signed, but they passed the contract period without installing all of the air conditioners. In my current apartment, Daikin air conditioner has not been installed in any way and the resident has not noticed this situation until now. It is said that this air conditioner user has been forgotten, and now I am being asked for the installation fee and remote control fee. There are even statements such as having the air conditioner installed yourself, find an electrician. The warranty period of a product that has never been installed has never started. You cannot tell me to find an electrician and have it connected without even knowing if your air conditioner is working. I request that this situation be rectified immediately.
