I deposited ₹50,000 into my Dafabet sports betting account on March 28, 2026, at approximately 6:05 PM IST via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and I have a valid UTR/transaction reference. However, even after more than 12 hours, the funds have still not been credited to my Dafabet account.
I have repeatedly contacted Dafabet customer support through IVR and email regarding this issue. Each time, I was only told that my money is “secure” and that the deposit is “under process,” but no clear explanation or time frame has been provided. My Dafabet balance still does not reflect the ₹50,000 deposit.
This situation is very concerning, as a large amount of money is stuck without any resolution.
I request that my ₹50,000 deposit be credited to my Dafabet account immediately without any further delay. I also ask for a clear written explanation of what caused this delay so that I can be assured this issue will not happen again in the future.
