I made a deposit to my Dafabet Sports account on 26 December using PhonePe for an amount of 15,000 INR. During the transaction, the payment was completed on my side, but on Dafabet’s platform it showed as failed.
I contacted PhonePe and my bank, and both confirmed that the 15,000 INR was successfully transferred and credited to the merchant’s bank account. The transaction reference number for this payment is T2512261825493629718859.
Despite this, the 15,000 INR has not been credited to my Dafabet account, nor has it been refunded to my bank account. I reached out to Dafabet through live chat and email support, but so far I have not received any helpful response or resolution.
Since this is a significant amount and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue, I request that Dafabet urgently investigate this transaction and either credit the 15,000 INR to my Dafabet account or refund the full amount to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the transaction was marked as failed on your platform even though the funds were received by the merchant bank.
