Deposit Not Credited To My BateryBet Account

I made a deposit of ₹900 to my BateryBet gaming account on 5 March 2026 at around 2:46 PM using Paytm. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account via Paytm, and the transaction shows as completed with UTR 398374849657, but the money has not been credited to my BateryBet account. After noticing that the deposit had not reflected even after some time, I contacted BateryBet support. They informed me that I should wait between 3 hours and 3 days for the deposit to reflect. However, several hours have already passed since the transaction, my bank and Paytm both show the payment as successful, and I still have not received the ₹900 in my gaming account. This situation is causing concern, as the funds appear to be stuck even though the payment has gone through. I request that my ₹900 deposit be immediately credited to my BateryBet account without any further delay, or that you take urgent action to resolve this issue so that my funds are not lost.
