ZenMate Merged with CyberGhost – Paid Subscription Useless, No Refund

Ever since ZenMate merged with CyberGhost, I haven’t been able to use the subscription I paid for. It’s been months, and... I still can’t access the service. When I contacted CyberGhost support, I requested a refund, and they assured me they were “looking into it.” But guess what? Nothing has been done
