CVwizard Debited R299.99 Without Authorization

On 28 December 2025, an amount of R299.99 was debited from my Capitec Bank account by CV Wizard without my authorization or consent. I had previously used CV Wizard’s services and paid for them on a one-off basis, and I did not sign up for any free trial or ongoing subscription that would justify recurring charges. When I contacted CV Wizard about this unauthorized debit, I was simply told to contact a certain telephone number for enquiries, instead of being assisted directly to resolve the issue. This has been both inconvenient and frustrating because I never agreed to any further payments beyond my original use of the service. I request a full refund of the R299.99 that was debited on 28 December 2025 and the immediate cancellation of any subscriptions or recurring payments linked to my details. I also ask for written confirmation that all subscriptions have been cancelled and that no further unauthorized debits will be made from my account.
