I Face Unauthorized Subscription and Automatic Charge from CV Maker Without My Consent

I recently discovered that CV Maker created a subscription for me and charged my bank account without my knowledge or approval. At no point during the CV creation process, or afterward, was I informed of any subscription fee or recurring payment. The platform simply took it upon itself to issue an automatic payment instruction to my bank and withdrew the money without asking for my permission.

I did not agree to any ongoing service, nor did I authorize CV Maker to store my payment details for future charges. This is an unacceptable and unauthorized transaction. I expect CV Maker to immediately cancel this subscription, issue a full refund for the withdrawn amount, and confirm in writing that no further deductions will occur.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and my bank’s fraud department to ensure this type of unauthorized charging does not happen to others.
