However, even though I never started a subscription or gave my consent, for the past two months, ₺299 has been withdrawn from my account at the beginning of each month. These charges occurred completely without my knowledge or authorization.
As soon as I noticed, I contacted my bank, disputed the transactions, and had my card cancelled to prevent further withdrawals. I also tried to reach CV Maker directly, but I could not find any valid phone number or reliable communication channel. While searching online, I discovered that many other users have experienced the exact same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated case.
I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges, immediate cancellation of any account or subscription linked to my name, and assurance that measures will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. This practice is unacceptable, and I expect CV Maker to resolve it without delay.
