I Face Unapproved Subscription Charges from CV Maker After One-Time Payment

I used the CV Maker website for a single transaction and paid only for that one-time service. I never agreed to, authorized, or signed up for any form of monthly subscription. However, I was later informed that a recurring membership had been created in my name and that I was expected to make ongoing payments for it.
When I contacted the company to explain the situation, I received an extremely rude and unprofessional response stating, “You have a payment. Pay.” Such a dismissive and disrespectful reply is unacceptable and goes against both Consumer Rights regulations and basic corporate communication standards.
I have never given consent for any subscription, so demanding this payment from me is completely unjustified. I demand that CV Maker immediately cancel this unauthorized subscription, stop all payment requests, and confirm in writing that no further charges will be applied to my account.
