Refund Request For Unauthorized CVmaker Charge

I purchased a one-time CV creation service from CV Maker some time ago. After completing my CV, I did not give any consent for a subscription, nor did I use the website again. However, on 09.12.2025, I noticed that I was charged from my Enpara card without my knowledge or approval. When I logged into my CV Maker account, I saw that a subscription, which I was never informed about, had been automatically activated and that this subscription caused the charge. I have never approved, authorized, or used any subscription on your platform, and I also did not receive any confirmation email or invoice regarding this payment. I attempted to contact CV Maker through the support section on your website, but I have not received any response. My bank, Enpara, informed me that the refund can only be issued directly by CV Maker. I do not accept being charged for a subscription that I neither authorized nor used. I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of the fee charged to my card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with taking all necessary legal steps.
