I Face Unauthorized Monthly ₺59 Charges and False Debt from CV Maker After One-Time Payment

Two months ago, I used CV Maker solely to create a CV and made a one-time payment for the service. At no point during the transaction was I informed that a subscription or automatic recurring payment would be started. Despite this, for the past two months, ₺59 has been deducted from my account at the end of each month.

I made the payment using a virtual card. When I contacted customer service via email, the only response I received was that I “needed to pay,” with no explanation or alternative resolution offered. Even after canceling my supposed membership, the system still shows future payment alerts.

To make matters worse, my account now falsely displays a debt of ₺547.99, claiming I am obligated to pay this amount monthly. I never agreed to such charges and refuse to accept this fabricated debt.

I demand a full refund of all unauthorized deductions, immediate removal of this false debt from my account, and confirmation that no further charges will be made. I will also provide visual evidence to support my claim.
