CV Maker Keeps Charging Me Monthly Even After I Canceled My Subscription

Back in March, I paid for a one-time CV creation service on cvmaker.com using my email address (m*******@gmail.com) while in Bursa. I used the service as intended and immediately canceled the subscription afterward. However, despite canceling right away, I’ve been receiving monthly payment requests ever since—and it's now been five months.

Every month, I’m told I owe another fee, and currently, they are demanding ₺249. I contacted customer service multiple times to resolve this, but they’ve been completely unhelpful. The only response I’ve received is that I need to pay—no explanation, no confirmation of my cancellation, and no assistance.

I never agreed to a recurring subscription. I canceled as soon as I completed the one-time service, and I should not be charged anything beyond that initial payment.

I demand that CV Maker immediately cancel my subscription in full, stop all future billing attempts, and refund the unauthorized charges they have already taken. I should not have to fight every month for a service I don’t even use. Resolve this issue now.
