On 3 September 2025, an amount of 299,99₺ was withdrawn from my bank card through my CV Marker account without my knowledge or consent. My account was active at the time, but I did not receive any notification or explanation regarding this charge. Despite reaching out to customer service, I have not received any response or support. This situation is highly frustrating, as I have never experienced such an issue before and expected transparency and security from the service provider. The lack of communication has only added to my financial and emotional stress. I request the immediate refund of the unauthorized 299,99₺ charge and the full cancellation of my CV Marker membership.
