On 03/09/2025 at 07:43 in the morning, 311₺ was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi bank account linked to my card ending in 9722, without my knowledge or consent. The transaction was processed through “Pos CV Marker” at the Muğla Fethiye Göcek branch. I did not make this transaction, nor did I provide any approval for it. My card is still active, and up to now, no refund has been processed. This unauthorized withdrawal has caused me financial stress and raises serious concerns about the security of my account. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the 311₺ that was wrongly taken from my account. I also urge CV Marker and the relevant financial institutions to strengthen their controls to prevent such unauthorized charges in the future. I expect my issue to be resolved without delay.
