CV Maker Started Unauthorized Subscription and Demands 600₺ Payment

On July 15, I purchased a one-time service from CV Maker. However, without my knowledge or consent, a subscription was started in my name and has been continuing for nearly two months. So far, no fees have been withdrawn, but I keep receiving persistent emails demanding that I pay 600₺. This is unacceptable, as I never agreed to any recurring subscription or hidden charges. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I received a very rude response with no solution offered. During my purchase, there was no clear information, agreement, or checkbox indicating a subscription requirement. This misleading practice has caused me serious frustration and mistrust. I request the immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription and the withdrawal of the 600₺ demand. I also expect an official apology from CV Maker for the inconvenience and distress caused. I urge the company to address this matter promptly and stop misleading customers with hidden subscription traps.
