I used CVMaker’s 30₺ service, assuming it was a one-time payment. However, it turned out to be a subscription, which I was never clearly informed about. Without any approval or notification from my side, the system attempted to charge my credit card. Since my card had insufficient balance, the payments did not go through, but between 27 July and 27 August, a total of 600₺ was reflected as debt against me. I reached out to CVMaker via email regarding this matter, but I have not received any response. The debt notice was only sent to me through email. I never agreed to a subscription after the free trial, and I reject being charged without my consent or knowledge. I request the immediate cancellation of this unfair 600₺ debt and demand that CVMaker stop such unauthorized billing practices. I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation that no further charges will be applied.
