CV Maker Charged Me ₺250 Without Consent After One-Time CV Payment

I used cvmaker.com.tr to create a one-time CV and was charged ₺10 as expected. I never signed up for a subscription, never saw a subscription prompt, and never gave consent for recurring payments. Yet shortly after, I received a notification stating I had been enrolled in a subscription plan and owed additional fees. Then, without any further notice, ₺250 was automatically withdrawn from my credit card.

I immediately attempted to cancel my account through the website, but despite entering my correct email address, the system kept showing an error that said “invalid email.” The cancellation never went through. I also reached out to customer service for help, but no one provided a solution. Left with no other choice, I had to cancel my card through my bank to prevent further unauthorized charges.

This is not an isolated case—I’ve read multiple complaints from others who experienced the same unauthorized charges and fake subscription enrollment. I refuse to pay for a service I didn’t agree to and never used.

I demand a full refund of the ₺250 that was taken from my account, immediate cancellation of my account and subscription, and complete removal of my card details from the CV Maker system. This issue needs to be resolved now.
