Two days ago, while in Bodrum, I registered on CV Maker to create a one-time CV and paid ₺30. I did not start any subscription, and I canceled my account right after completing the process. Yet today, I was shocked to see that ₺219 had been withdrawn from my credit card ending in 4453—without any prior notice, approval, or communication from CV Maker.
I never authorized this charge. There was no warning, pop-up, or confirmation screen about any recurring payment. I tried contacting customer service to resolve the issue, but I couldn't reach anyone. I also sent an email, but I have yet to receive a response.
This is a clear case of unauthorized billing. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺219 taken from my account and a full cancellation of any remaining account or subscription tied to my name. CV Maker must stop withdrawing money from users without explicit consent and provide proper communication and support to address billing issues.
