Charged Again After a One-Time Payment? How to Dispute CV Maker Charges

On October 13, 2025, I used the CV Maker website to create a résumé service and paid the fee. However, without any notification or my approval, a subscription was started and on November 2, 2025, $8 was withdrawn from my account. I discovered this through a notification from my bank.

I cancelled the subscription immediately. I had wanted only the résumé creation service and had already paid for it. I did not request any subscription or recurring payment — if I had, I would have initiated it myself. For this reason, I demand a refund of the $8 that was withdrawn without my permission.

The transaction was made with my email: s**************@gmail.com

I kindly request that my issue be resolved promptly and my grievance be addressed.
