I Face 10% Fee Deduction on Crypto.com Transaction With No Clear Explanation

While using Crypto.com, I encountered an unreasonably high transaction fee that caught me completely off guard. During a recent transaction, the platform deducted 10% of my total balance as a fee, leaving me with only the remaining amount.

I’ve traded on multiple crypto platforms before and have never seen such an extreme deduction. When I reached out to Crypto.com’s support team, they tried to explain it away with phrases like “transaction change” and “market volatility.” But these reasons don’t justify a 10% fee on a single transaction — far above industry norms.

I’m asking Crypto.com to clarify why this fee was applied, provide a transparent breakdown of the charges, and refund any incorrect deductions. Such unclear and excessive fees damage user trust and raise concerns about the platform’s fairness and transparency.
